- Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to SGILL GROUP PTY LTD, trading as ONTIME SKIP BINS HIRE, ABN 82 638 131 030, located at 56 Spalding Ave, Sunshine North VIC 3020.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
- Website refers to OnTime Skip Bins Hire, accessible from https://www.ontimeskips.com.au.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Acceptable Waste Types
- – General Waste- Furniture, Timber, Clothes, Household items from Spring cleaning, Garage cleaning, Office Materials & Electrical Goods.
- – Building Waste- Construction and Demolition waste like Plaster, Timber, Carpet, Steel, Concrete etc.
- – Garden Waste- Trees, Branches, Pebbles, soil, Timber, Mulch, rocks etc.
- – Bricks, Tiles and Concrete
“Skip Bin Experts” also offers a fortnightly large rubbish collection. Simply call 0406200007 or email us on admin@ontimeskips.com.au and book your skip. We will let you know of our next collection date in your area.
Prohibited Waste
Under no circumstances do we allow any dangerous materials to be discarded in our Skip Bins.These dangerous materials include but are not limited to materials like ASBESTOS, CHEMICALS, POISONS, BATTERIES, PAINT, FOOD & BIOLOGICAL WASTE, MEDICAL WASTE, LIQUIDS, RADIOACTIVE WASTE, GAS BOTTLES, SPRAY CANS OR ANY INFLAMMABLE SUBSTANCES. If any of these materials are found in our bins at the time of collection, they will be removed, and an extra charge will be applied to the hirer. If these materials are found in the skip after they have been tipped the hirer will face heavy decontamination charges payable immediately.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and form the agreement between You and the Company. They set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditional upon Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not access or use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also subject to Your acceptance of and compliance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
